George Giddings had a commonage (says Felt) granted 1667; was a commoner, 1678, and a lieutenant of militia; and was deputy of General Court, 1653, 1654 and 1655. The inventory of his estate, rendered February 20, 1690, amounting to L 269, 15s, 10d., was distributed March 29, 1692.
