Ebenezer Ellis was a Revolutionary War soldier. He is believed to be the Ebenezer Ellis of Harwich who served as a private in Capt. Samuel King's company, Col. Josiah Whitney's regiment from May to December 1776 and in Capt. Abijah Bang's company, Col. Nathaniel Freeman's regiment, October - November 1777.
