Rebecca Alloway and Alfred Ellis marriage by the Rev. Bennett Roberts officiating. She died in Shelby, Ociana County, Michigan while visiting her daughter, Mrs. Edward I. Wylie. Other members of the household had run out to observe a fire in the neighborhood and when they returned she was found dead from Apoplexy.
