In 1856 David and Mary Elizabeth (Ellis) Wines sold their last property in Wakeman, Ohio, they were living in Jefferson Township, Hillsdale County, Michigan. Photographs taken in Petoskey, Michigan would indicate that they eventually settled there. They had a son and a daughter.
