FLOYD A. HORN


Floyd A. Horn 61, of Carland, died Friday in Flint Osteopathic Hospital where he has been confined for the past year. Funeral services were held Monday at the Carland Methodist Church, the Rev. Loren Stahl and Rev. Clinton Star officiating. Mr. Horn was born near Henderson, July 8, 1893 the son of Alvin and Luelia (Sanderson) Horn. He attended Carland School.
He married Sarah Ellsworth in 1915, she died in 1918. On Nov. 14, 1922, he married Clara Leavitt in Owosso. He was a veteran of World War I. Surviving him are his wife, son Glen of Fairfield Twp.; mother, Mrs. Luella Horn of Cleveland; sister, Mrs. John Sage of Carland; two brothers, Howard and Cleo, both of Fairfield Twp. and two grandchildren.
