state of New Hampshire, failed to produce birth records for NANCY ELLIS, CHARLES
ELLIS AND MARY ELLIS shown among children of Emery B. Ellis and Mary A. Stimpson.
Emery B. Ellis was a manufacturer of Pahn Leaf also referred to as Palm Spliter in 1850 Census for New Hampshire. Family listed were Emery B., Mrs E.B., Nancy, Charles, Mary and Frederick Ellis.

We find a listing for an EMERY E. ELLIS, male, birth <1871> Massachusetts, age 9, single, white, with Head of Household as Emory B. Ellis and his relationship as GSon<Grandson>. NA Film Number T9-0563. This leaves us with the problem of trying to establish the parents name of Emery E. Ellis. This probably involves Fredrick Emory Ellis the son of Emery B. Ellis.
This family sometime after 1849 moved to Winchester, Cheshire Co., N/W of Boston, Ma. area.
February 11, 1866, the Abiathar Parkhurst letter to John Gilmore Ellis says Emery B. Ellis ownes the Burt place and is well.
