Ellis 10 EARING, son of George EARING and Georgianna L. 9 ELLIS, adopted by William REED-HILL, 2nd husband of Georgianna L. 9 Ellis. Ellis 10 Earing's name then changed to Ellis Reed-Hill who became Rear Admiral, U. S. Coast Guard and retired at Summerville, South Carolina.
