Note that there is 10 months between date of death and burial. Question of how come?

" William Swift Senior died here in 1642/3 leaving a single son, William Junior. He, however,
had ten children and the family then grew rapidly, both in Sandwich, Falmouth and other centers
The original homesite which burned down was on present Standish Road in North Sagamore.
Another early Swift house is still standing at the corner of Old Plymouth Road and Hunters Brook
Road, North Sagamore."
