Item 1.Col. Harry H. Ellis, Dallas, TX., takes exception to the Register on the placement
of the children. In Nickerson Genealogy, Elizabeth and Azubah belong to this
family rather than to that of Judah Ellis. Accordingly, then, it was Joshua Ellis
deed which was administered on 30 April 1790 rather than that of Judah Ellis.

Item 2.Joshua Ellis, died before 30 April 1790, when his estate was administered,
probably in Harwich, Barnstable County, MA., at approximately 78 years of age.
Item 3.Note spelling of Joshua Ellis also appearing as Josiah Ellis.
