There was an Elizabeth Ellis baptized in the Falmouth, Mass. church in 1735, and an Elizabeth Ellis who married there, 27 January 1747, Jabez West. These are the only Ellis entries in the Falmouth records at that period so this woman seems to have come there alone from some other town, making this reasonably likely that this is "our" Elizabeth Ellis.
