Remember Bourne, daughter of Nathan and Lydia (Jennings) Bourne of Hanover, MA.

Remember (Bourne) Ellis married (2) John Smith 6 September 1772, and is reported as having had at least two children by him. Of the known 9 children all references of birth are prior to date of 2nd marriage to John Smith.

Vital Records of Sandwich, Massachusetts to 1885, Volume 1, page 225 shows the following: "John Smith & Remember Ellis both of Sandwich were married by the Revd Mr Williams on March ye 8th 1772." This appears to be Remember (Bourne) Ellis, widow of Nathaniel Ellis.
