Item 1.There is shown in the 1880 United States Census records the name of BUTCHER in numerous situations. You notice that the Rev. R. B. BUCHER uses just initials. The BUTCHER listings invariably all use just initials which seems to be a family way of doing. Thus, is BUCHER incorrect and should be BUTCHER, perhaps this is the problem in trying to get more information about the Rev.
