Benjamin (Bourn) Bourne. Born 25Feb 1744 in Sandwich, Barnstable County, Massachusetts (Capt Cod). Died 22 June 1827 in Sandwich. He was a Physician, educated at Harvard in 1764. He was arrested in 1775, but remained after the British left. His wife was Hannah Bodfish, daughter to Joseph Bodfish. She died 24 Feb. 1841. His brother was Shearjashub. Parents were Timothy and Elizabeth Bourn. Trayser mentions that Benjamin took part in the attack on Dr. Freeman. He did manage to stay in Sandwich.
