There appears to have been previous correspondence from a Mrs Carol F. Genrow Reimold [her cousin], in 1958, that indicated Alice's name as Alice Wilson. She is reported as having married a Charles Wilson in St Croix Co., (Luis). The last word is unreadable. Also unable to locate such a place in Michigan.
It is possible that she married more than once. it is also indicated that Henry Platte may have married Anna Lincoln. another source states she died shortly after Rosetta Ellsworth Downing Weldon in 1925.
