The Daily Tribune, Thursday, January 31, 2008, Obituaries listing Evelyn Wilson Dean, 95, of Royal Oak, died Jan 30, 2008, at Cherrywood Nursing Center in Sterling Heights. She was born March 24, 1912, Carleton, Mich.
Mrs. Dean retired from the Hazel Park City Clerk office in 1975. She served as a volunteer at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal oak for 25 years and was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Royal Oak.
Mrs. Dean is survived by her children, Beverly (Donald) Ashton of Fraser and Thomas H. (Linda) Wilson of Madison, Kansas; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, James Wilson; husband, Max Dean; and four sisters and one brother.
Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Thursday, funeral services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Wm Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W. 11 Mile Road, Royal Oak. Burial will be at Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak.
