Item 1.Abigail Wood, is the daughter of Thomas Wood, a Revolutionary War
soldier.
Item 2.We HAVE NOT been able to find the name of REPORTED Ellis father.
Item 2.Whether Abigail and the children came alone to Tennessee or with the
father is not known. Abigail and the boys came to Sumner County,
Tennessee in the year 1806. While young men Isaac, Thomas and
Absolom, Jr. are reported as having migrated to Illinois and lived near
Winchester, Scott County and Fulton County, New Canton, Illinois.
