Albert Charles Conklin Ellsworth, AKA Bert Conklin and Bert Ellsworth was the adopted son of Robert Henry Ellsworth. His nephew, George Henry Ellsworth, son of Emanuel Ellsworth, married Bert's mother, Elmina Steele Conklin. Bert has a sister, Etta "Ettie" Conklin, b. 27 November 1882 in Lapeer, Michigan that was raised by George Henry Ellsworth.

OBITUARY - BERT ELLSWORTH.
The Rev. Orrin Van Loon of the Berkley Community Church, will conduct funeral services for Bert Ellsworth, age 81, at 1 P.M., Tuesday at the Sawyer Fuller Funeral Home, 2125 Twelve-Mile, Berkley. Interment will be in Roseland Park Cemetery.
Mr. Ellsworth, a Berkley resident for over 40 years, died Wednesday in Pontiac after an extended illness. He made his home at 3292 Thomas. He had been employed with the Oakland County road Commission for over 23 years. He was a past Noble Brand of the Olive Leaf Lodge, IOOF, Berkley.
Mr. Ellsworth was born May 19, 1885 in St Clair county.
Surviving are his wife, Mable: two children, Mrs. Grace Russell of Marysville, Mrs. Norman Doughty of Utica, and one grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at 7:30 P.M., Monday at the funeral Home. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7:30 P.M., today.
