Hubbard Lake Cemetery notation:
Ella (Lane) Ellsworth was first buried on the Hubbard Lake farm following her death on April 9, 1895. On John Ellsworth's death October 4, 1908 he was interned at Hubbard Lake Cemetery. The family marker only showed original inscription for John Ellsworth, but members of the family subsequently had the remains of Ella Lane Ellsworth removed from the farm property for burial in family plot next to husband John Ellsworth. At this time nothing had been done to establish her presence in family plot. Time passed and granddaughters, Florine Violet (Ellsworth) Hartman and Lucille May (Ellsworth) Schooks, determined Ellen Lane Ellsworth's name should be added to the existing stone maker. They provided funds to further ingraving historical details regarding Ella Lane Ellsworth. ede
